Herb Addo (born Herbert Christian Addo) was a Ghanaian political scientist and international relations scholar who served as a Reader at the Institute of International Relations, University of the West Indies, St. Augustine. He was a prominent neo-Marxist theorist known for his work on world-systems theory, imperialism as a permanent stage of capitalism, and critical perspectives on the New International Economic Order (NIEO).
